Testimonials
"Slept in a bit this morning then did a long session
and relaxed afterwards where I went into what I call the zone. I
felt so good afterward just observing being here without relating as
anything, just being. It really felt so good. The program is so
fantastic for times when you are low on energy and need something to
pull you along. It just does it beautifully."

HEALTH BENEFITS OF MEDITATION
Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.
- Albert Einstein, in The New Convergence
“Through meditation, you learn about the nature of your mind rather
than the sense world of desire and attachment. Why is this
important? We think that worldly things are very useful, but the
enjoyment they bring is minimal and transient. Meditation, on the
other hand, has so much more to offer – joy, understanding, higher
communication and control. Control here does not mean that you are
controlled by somebody else, but rather by your own understanding
knowledge-wisdom, which is a totally peaceful and joyful experience.
Thus, meditation is very useful.”
Lama Thubten Yeshe
Cary Barbor, Psychology Today
"Recent research indicates that meditating brings about dramatic
effects in as little as a 10-minute session. Several studies have
demonstrated that subjects who meditated for a short time showed
increased alpha waves (the relaxed brain waves) and decreased
anxiety and depression.
"To explore exactly what part of the brain meditation acts on,
researchers at Harvard Medical School used MRI technology on
participants to monitor brain activity while they meditated. They
found that it activates the sections of the brain in charge of the
autonomic nervous system, which governs the functions in our bodies
that we can't control, such as digestion and blood pressure. These
are also the functions that are often compromised by stress. It
makes sense, then, that modulating these functions would help to
ward off stress-related conditions such as heart disease, digestive
problems and infertility....
"Seeking methods for quieting that internal chatter and reducing
stress are what initially attract many people to meditation. "It is
a very effective stress-reducer, which is a way into the practice
for many people," says Thomson, who sometimes refers clients to
meditation. "If someone is struggling with feelings of anxiety, he
or she may benefit from its calming aspects. And it's absolutely
facilitative of mental health because it brings about a higher level
of self-acceptance and insight about oneself....
"Studies have shown that, among other benefits, meditation can help
reverse heart disease, the number-one killer in the U.S. It can
reduce pain and enhance the body's immune system, enabling it to
better fight disease.
"More new research offers additional encouragement. In a study
published last year in the journal Stroke, 60 African-Americans with
atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, practiced meditation
for six to nine months. (African-Americans are twice as likely to
die from cardiovascular disease as are whites.) The meditators
showed a marked decrease in the thickness of their artery walls,
while the nonmeditators actually showed an increase. The change for
the meditation group could potentially bring about an 11% decrease
in the risk of heart attack and an 8% to 15% decrease in the risk of
stroke.
"A second study, published last year in Psychosomatic Medicine,
taught a randomized group of 90 cancer patients mindful meditation
(another type of practice). After seven weeks, those who had
meditated reported that they were significantly less depressed,
anxious, angry and confused than the control group, which hadn't
practiced meditation. The meditators also had more energy and fewer
heart and gastrointestinal problems than did the other group."
From the Dalai Lama’s words in The New York Times
"I have been encouraging scientists to examine advanced Tibetan
spiritual practitioners, to see what benefits these practices might
have for others, outside the religious context. The goal here is to
increase our understanding of the world of the mind, of
consciousness, and of our emotions.
"It is for this reason that I visited the neuroscience laboratory of
Dr Richard Davidson at the University of Wisconsin. Using imaging
devices that show what occurs in the brain during meditation,
Davidson has been able to study the effects of Buddhist practices
for cultivating compassion, equanimity or mindfulness. For centuries
Buddhists have believed that pursuing such practices seems to make
people calmer, happier and more loving. At the same time they are
less and less prone to destructive emotions.
"According to Davidson, there is now science to underscore this
belief. Davidson tells me that the emergence of positive emotions
may be due to this: Mindfulness meditation strengthens the
neurological circuits that calm a part of the brain that acts as a
trigger for fear and anger. This raises the possibility that we have
a way to create a kind of buffer between the brain's violent
impulses and our actions.
"Experiments have already been carried out that show some
practitioners can achieve a state of inner peace, even when facing
extremely disturbing circumstances. Dr Paul Ekman of the University
of California at San Francisco told me that jarring noises (one as
loud as a gunshot) failed to startle the Buddhist monk he was
testing. Ekman said he had never seen anyone stay so calm in the
presence of such a disturbance.
"Another monk, the abbot of one of our monasteries in India, was
tested by Davidson using electroencephalographs to measure brain
waves. According to Davidson, the abbot had the highest amount of
activity in the brain centers associated with positive emotions that
had ever been measured by his laboratory.
"Of course, the benefits of these practices are not just for monks
who spend months at a time in meditation retreat. Davidson told me
about his research with people working in highly stressful jobs.
These people — non-Buddhists — were taught mindfulness, a state of
alertness in which the mind does not get caught up in thoughts or
sensations, but lets them come and go, much like watching a river
flow by. After eight weeks, Davidson found that in these people, the
parts of their brains that help to form positive emotions became
increasingly active."
Why we do NOT use or promote
silent Messaging
Many people ask me if I can provide subliminal programming
or silent technology which is
pouted by many as a silent way of influencing the
subconscious. Well, I could use one of the many techniques used and
sold for this because it is thought to be very powerful by
many. It's thus a profitable enterprise. This is due to a pop corn and Coke experiment in a Cinema that
was fraudulently reported to have subconsciously induced the patrons
to buy loads of Coke and pop corn. When governments heard about this
they banned the practice deeming it to be unethical. After years of
testing in controlled environments, by private and by Government
sponsored laboratories, it is consistently deemed to have no effect
on ones habits, ways of relating to ones environment or ways of
relating to oneself.
Some companies have latched onto
studies of silent programming and tried to twist the results found
in these studies as meaning that 'silent messaging' has a powerful
effect on ones behavior. Here is an example of a quote that
has been contrived to validate silent messaging:
"Some neural substrate is
capable of encoding speech signals when these speech signals are
modulated into the ultrasonic frequencies. This is true in the
normal hearing individual, the older listener with compromised
auditory function, as well as in the profoundly deaf person with no
substantial auditory function." - mentioned in
Science, Vol 253, July 5, 1991.
What this actually represents is a
study that verifies in some cases that words encoded in
silent technology can be detected by the mind without the subject
consciously hearing it. This is nothing new. Amazingly
the very same study goes on to prove that it is less reliable than
ordinary speech even when it is actually registered in the mind.
The same study also proves that the silent messaging has far less
influence on the mind than ordinary audible words or
affirmations. However the companies using it fail to mention
that. Rather they insinuate that silent messaging will have a
powerful influence on you!
It's an unfortunate situation for
genuine people trying to improve their lives when they believe in
and invest in these assurances about 'voice tones with frequencies
modulated into the high-frequency “dog whistle” ranges.' It's
unfortunate because the companies insinuate that this is going to be
of some usefulness even though it has been proven many times, even
by the same scientific experiment the companies quote, to be far
less reliable than ordinary speech and has no influence on general
behavior, self image or emotional wellness.
It’s even been claimed that some silent technologies really work
because they were developed by US government organizations!!! The
reason the classifications were made in the first place was because
governments feared that it might be very powerful. They found it was
not influential at all. This is proved by the fact that they turned around and
declassify it. They would not have declassified it if it was in fact
a genuine means to manipulate and alter behavior and self image.
That was what they were afraid of and was why it was classified in
the first place! Further, if you understand the way the mind works and
responds to causes and conditions and how afflictive mind states
arise due to conditions ripening causes and predispositions from past actions, you
will also understand how it is not the lack of attention to
something that stimulates particular behavior. The valid monastic traditions
associate action with intention. So the belief in the power of
subliminal programming to be more powerful than ordinary perception
is like believing that a child with attention deficit syndrome will
always make a better student than the child who is motivated (has
enough intent) to pay attention and contemplate the meaning of what
is being taught. Then what is required is enough
consciensciousness to apply it! The regular application of this
alternative response to conditions is what leads to altered behavior
and self image.
Perfect Meditation does not offer silent programming. The definition
of subliminal programming - is a message or signal embedded in
another object, designed to pass above or below the normal limits of
perception. Despite the fact that silent programming has been
scientifically proven time and again to be completely ineffective,
belief in it is wide spread. Some characters take advantage of this
saying they have now developed some special silent programming that
works!! Some even claim, at the same time, that they don't believe
in subliminal programming! They try to convince you that their
silent technology will change your habits or self image on a
subconscious level. This is completely false. It is subliminal
programming if it is a message or signal embedded in another object,
designed to pass below or above the normal limits of perception.
That is what they are providing under a different name whilst saying
they don't believe in it!!
Silent programming at dog whistle ranges or any other range is
subliminal programming! It is a proven gimmick sold under the
false notion that it is very powerful for influencing change in
ones habitual self image, ways of interaction, moods and mental
capacities and general wellbeing.
Read what Philip M. Merikle of the Department of Psychology,
University of Waterloo, has to say and realize that all educated and
independent persons in this science say the same thing!!!!
“Belief in the power of subliminal perception to induce changes in
the way people feel and act is so widespread that a number of
companies have been able to exploit this belief by marketing
subliminal self-help audio and video tapes. The companies that
market these tapes claim that regular use of the tapes can cure a
variety of problems and aid in the development of many skills. Each
company markets a number of different tapes. Presumably, what
distinguishes the different tapes marketed by each company are the
embedded subliminal messages that can be neither consciously seen or
heard. Some of the more popular tapes are claimed to help
individuals stop smoking, lose weight, or reduce stress; other tapes
are claimed to help people increase their reading speed, improve
their memory, or develop their skills at tennis (or golf or
baseball, etc.). Given the extraordinary nature of these claims,
there have been a number of controlled studies designed specifically
to test of the efficacy of the tapes. All of these studies have
failed to find any evidence consistent with the claims of the
companies that market these tapes. There is simply no evidence that
regular listening to subliminal audio self-help tapes or regular
viewing of subliminal video self-help tapes is an effective method
for overcoming problems or improving skills. In fact, there is even
evidence to suggest that many subliminal self-help tapes do not even
contain subliminal messages that could possibly be perceived under
any circumstances by a human observer.
A common theme that links all extraordinary claims regarding
subliminal perception is that perception in the absence of an
awareness of perceiving is somehow more powerful or influential than
perception that is accompanied by an awareness of perceiving. This
idea is not supported by the results of controlled laboratory
investigations of subliminal perception. Rather, the findings from
controlled studies indicate that subliminal perception, when it
occurs, reflects a person's usual interpretations of stimuli.
Furthermore, there is no evidence to suggest that people initiate
actions on the basis of subliminal perception. The weight of the
evidence indicates that people must be aware of perceiving stimuli
before they initiate actions or change their habitual reactions to
these stimuli. Thus, although subliminal perception may allow us to
make accurate guesses regarding the characteristics of stimuli,
subliminal perception cannot lead a person to drink Coca-Cola or to
eat Ritz Crackers, and it cannot be used effectively to improve a
person's tennis skills or to cure a person's bad habits.”
Oneness with the
Universe!
There is also this erroneous notion that an enlightened mind sees
all as one or all as mind. Apprehensions like one and many exist
interdependently, the notion of oneness cannot arise as an object of
apprehension without depending on the notion of many! It’s an
oxymoron to claim oneness!
Of course there are transcendent
states but conventional reality is not altered by them. Conventional
reality is viewed without grasping or separation from the
transcendent state by a genuinely realized being. That can be
described as all things being of a single flavor, peaceful, blissful
and naturally liberated. It can also
be described as non duality because perception is not depending on
the conceptual mind, which is generally associated with afflictive
emotions. The transcendent indicates knowing directly.
What is transcended is the habituation of conceptuality. The
single flavour is emptiness. It is empty of inherent
conceptions which are the causes of all afflictive emotions, unhappy
and mundane states of mind. This transcendent mode of abiding can also be described as naked
awareness where one operates in any situation without obstructing
the peaceful and blissful nature of the un-obscured naturally
liberated mind.
Time is precious and contemplating false ideas that sound good like -
'oneness with the universe' - casts no light on the way things exist
and provides zero assistance to those who seek lasting happiness and
transcendence, even though they sound impressive and wondrous.
In fact such half baked utterances simply lead to
further confusion. It is an unfortunate state of affairs especially if that
kind of absurdity is
mixed with powerful mind altering technology. It is also unfortunate
for well intended people who are wasting much valuable time trying
to improve themselves with silent messages that do not have any
usefulness in that regard.
A program backed by
authentic training is essential and is something one should
look for when considering using this powerful technology.
The Perfect Meditation program is created out of the intent to unify
and preserve the most powerful mind transforming technology, that is
proven to work, with
time proven authentic techniques that genuinely have the power to help with
what ever personal growth and spiritual aspirations you might have.

Scientifically Researched Benefits of Binaural Entrainment Embedded
in The Perfect Meditation Program
Stress Reduction Nearly all users of Perfect Meditation CDs report
large reductions in stress.
PMS Numerous studies have shown that increasing cerebral blood flow
is one of the best ways to alleviate PMS symptoms. Perfect
Meditation CDs do exactly that, while relaxing the user and
stimulating helpful brainwaves in the process.
Production of DHEA from adrenal stimulus is a critical antidote to
stress induced hormone production and is found to assist
significantly in the retarding of the aging process. This is
commonly found in very experienced meditators.
In the majority of cases technology used in the Perfect Meditation
series increases production of DHEA by a staggering 50% in only a
few days of use.
Melatonin (sleep conducive hormone) levels increase by nearly 100%
in nearly all people using the technology.
ADD/ADHD: A large body of research has shown that brainwave
stimulation can be incredibly effective tool against ADD/ADHD.
The longer term benefits of the entrainment technology in Perfect
Meditation displays Synchronicity between left and right brain
processing as measured countless times with EEG machines.
Addiction: The best way to end an addiction is to provide the
neurological groundwork for an addiction-free life. This is exactly
what brainwave entrainment does and the work is well tested with
smokers and addicts of other substances.
Depression / Anxiety: Using well-tested protocols from decades of
research, binaural entrainment is able to stimulate brainwave
patterns that have been proven to work effectively against
depression, anxiety and a host of common mental ailments
The stress induced Cortisol Hormone shows a marked decrease of
between 30% and 80% of people who use this technology.
This is one scientific explanation of why great meditators live for
between 10 and 20years longer than other people in the same
environment.
Quiets the Mind: The over conceptualizing mind becomes naturally
quieter when new and powerful entrainment tracks for neuron activity
and processing capacities are formed in the corpus callosum. This is
the part of the brain which relays information between the left and
right hemispheres.
Creativity: Perfect Meditation creates scope for creative ideas and
thinking outside the square.
Findings from Swinburne University Centre for Neuropsychology in
Melbourne:
(The Age Newspaper, July 11 2005, by Liz Gooch)
There's more to it than meets the IQ.
The next time Greg Norman is on the 18th hole and his mind begins to
wander, he may do well to remember his emotional intelligence is at
work.
A growing number of elite athletes and those in the corporate world
are realizing the importance of being "emotionally intelligent",
according to a Melbourne researcher who will host a conference on
Friday.
The concept of emotional intelligence, a term used to describe
people's ability to understand and control their emotions, has been
around for about a decade, said Professor Con Stough, of Swinburne
University.
"Emotional intelligence is really about our ability to use emotions
in a meaningful way," he said. "It's becoming very big, and I think
it will actually be bigger than IQ at some stage." The push to
improve people's ability to handle their emotions is reaching the
workplace and the sports field.
Companies have begun testing people's emotional intelligence in
recruitment. "To be successful in an organization your emotional
intelligence might be more important than your IQ," Professor Stough
said.
Benjamin Palmer, a research and development director, said companies
were also training managers in emotional intelligence.
Personal relationships can also benefit. "Women tend to be better at
understanding and expressing emotions, and men tend to be better at
managing and controlling emotions," Professor Stough said.
High emotional intelligence
You know what makes you feel angry, stressed or anxious
You understand how your emotions influence your decisions
You realize how your behavior can affect others
Low emotional intelligence
Unable to manage emotions
Prone to emotional outbursts
Unaware of how your behavior affects others.
Experienced Meditators report that Perfect Meditation assists them
greatly in cultivating single pointed concentration. This is
hypothesized to be due to the expanding mental scope of waking
consciousness.
Intuitive intelligence Is enhanced and one becomes more able to
recognize signals and feelings from deeper levels within.
