The highest levels require the lowest Hz head phones.  Generally ear bud headphones are far better than studio or DJ style headphones for the most accurate entrainment results. This particular model is the very best that we have tested.  If you purchase them please treat them like you are starting a new level, i.e. just listen to the first track then use your old headphones for the second until you feel you are up to it.  They are very powerful. We are simply offering them here to let you know what is the best if you wish to have the highest quality equipment.  The price varies according to our stock levels. Ear bud headphones also do not cover the top of your head where the crown charka opening is.    It is often said that it is  inauspicious to have this part of ones head covered.
